FSA 45 CORDLESS TRIMMER: COMPACT WITH INTEGRATED BATTERY
As an entry-level model, the STIHL FSA 45 cordless brushcutter is ideal for trimming and clearing work in your home garden and outdoor domestic spaces. The lawn trimmer has a permanently integrated lithium-ion battery, the charge level of which can be read directly on the device by means of several LEDs. You can charge the battery when required using the cable supplied. The electric motor operates so quietly that you do not need to wear hearing protection during use, making this brushcutter ideal for use in noise-sensitive areas.
Weighing just 2.3 kg, the battery-powered STIHL FSA 45 brushcutter is particularly light and very comfortable to use. The telescopic shaft and loop handle can be adjusted without using tools, so you can protect your back as you work. The mowing unit’s working angle can be easily adjusted if you want to cut vertical edges, for example. Thanks to the fold-out spacer bracket, you can trim around trees and plants as well as other objects smoothly and precisely. The soft-grip handle sits comfortably in the hand and, thanks to the control lever and control lever lock, allows you to control the cordless lawn trimmer reliably and safely at all times. The brushcutter also comes with a hanging eyelet for compact storage.

The STIHL FSA 45 brushcutter is equipped with an activation key which must be inserted into the key socket for operation. For safety reasons, this key must be removed during transport, maintenance, repair and storage. Please keep the activation key out of the reach of children.

Loop handle: The loop handle is a great advantage in narrow spaces, such as when clearing between bushes, shrubs or park benches. The practical handle position allows you to move your power tool freely and to guide it easily and precisely, even in confined spaces.
Integrated Battery Cells: The battery cells of this power tool are permanently integrated directly into the housing. This has made it possible to use a very slim and compact power tool housing design, and means you can work with an ideally balanced device. It makes your work highly ergonomic and means you can spend more time using this power tool without fatigue. In addition, you do not need a separate charger to charge the battery cells; the supplied charging cable is all that’s required.
LED Charge Level Indicator: At the push of a button, the LED charge-level indicator will inform you at any time about your battery’s remaining capacity. This allows you to efficiently plan working hours and charge the battery in good time.
Activation Key: Removing the activation key from the power tool protects against accidental start-up. This means you can clean, transport and store your battery power tool safely and without risk. Once the activation key is removed, the power tool is completely de-energised. If you want to start up the power tool, insert the key into the power tool and use it to reactivate the power supply.
Spacer Bracket: The spacer bracket protects both your plants and the mowing head. You can fold it up or down as needed. When mowing with a line or other plastic cutting tool, it will ensure that you are trimming precisely and not damaging plants, bark or objects, as the mowing line does not cut beyond the position of the spacer bracket.
